Leaked : Xiaomi Redmi 4 Will have Helio X20 Chipset!

The Apple of the East, Xiaomi has always amazed the tech world with ultra-affordable feature-packed smartphones. The ‘Redmi’ series is the best smartphone series by Xiaomi followed by ‘Mi’ series. Redmi series smartphones include Redmi 1s, Redmi Note, Redmi Note Plus, Redmi 2, Redmi 2 Prime, Redmi Note 3 and the Redmi 3. Well, it seems another member is ready to join the ‘Redmi’ family! A new leak has shown that Xiaomi Redmi 4 is going to launch pretty soon ( Maybe before the end of 2016) and also some of the major specs have been leaked.



The Redmi Note 3 is one of the most popular Xiaomi device, which still hasn’t got any real competition. After making records of sales last year, Xiaomi will try to repeat the same this year also. As we know, last week the two new members of the Redmi 3 series have also been unveiled. The devices have been named as the Redmi Note 3S and Redmi Note 3X. Anyways, coming back to the leak, new images have surfaced online showing that the Xiaomi Redmi  4 will come with MediaTek Helio X20 chipset. The leaked image shows ‘Redmi 4’ written on it and it clearly mentions that there will be Helio X20 Chipset. Well, nothing more is shown in the image except the name of the device.The image actually shows the list of smartphones having Mediatek Helio X20 deca-core chipset.

The Redmi Note 3 is still considered as the best smartphone under Rs.15K and Xiaomi will surely try to repeat the same with Redmi 4. Moreover, the Redmi 3 was chosen as the best smartphone under $100 at the last MWC. Also, If you remember, the Redmi Note 3 was launched with the MediaTek chipset also. But, the Snapdragon variant gained more popularity. We can expect a Snapdragon variant too of the Xiaomi Redmi 3! Anyways, that was all about this new leak .What you think?
