Alleged Moto Z Play Outed By GeekBench!

Leaks are the never ending story in the smartphone world and today we are with an interesting one. The new ‘Z’ series smartphones have already been released by Lenovo Moto and just like the previous ‘X’ series, it is expected that there will be Moto Z Play and Moto Z Style variants also! Probably coming this year, one of the devices has been spotted today on GeekBench.

Coming with the model number XT1635-01, it is expected that the device leaked is the Moto Z Play. Well, the specs seem appealing if at a good price. The listing has revealed that the alleged Moto Z Play device will have a Snapdragon 625. There will be 3GB of RAM with Android Marshmallow 6.0.1. Well, as we all know, GeekBench isn’t so much candid revealing all the specs of any device so we know only these specs right now. But, the rumors suggest a 5.5-inch 1080p screen, 16MP rear, and 8MP front-facing camera. Besides these, the most interesting rumor is that the Moto Z Play or the device which is coming soon will be just 5.9mm slim. This may sound good but looking at the Z series devices, we can expect ‘NO HEADPHONE JACK’ in the upcoming device also!

Also, it will be illogical to think that the Moto Z Play will get the same design as the Moto Z. Because, the specs show that it will be for those who don’t want to spend much money on a smartphone. Also, we don’t think it will be compatible with Moto Mods, considering their price. In short, it will be a feature-packed mid-ranger and that’s it! Nothing more than that. ?
